Pacific Blues Cafe is probably the most affordable place for food in all of Yountville on Washington Street. They have a very relaxed atmosphere that is great for families with kids or a group of friends and a great outdoor dining area just right for sitting back on a sunny summer day. The restaurant serves a medley of standard American fare like burgers and fries, ribs, chicken and a variety of appetizers. They certainly won’t mind if you get a little messy or throw down a beer. Many folks rave about their ribs in addition to their fun dessert “Snappin’ Cracklin Rice Krispies Trash Treats with Carmel & hot Fudge Dipping Sauce”. Order it for your kids or reminisce back to the good ol days and indulge yourself!

Each day, Ad Hoc offers a different prix fixe menu that includes 4 courses served family style.  If you don’t like prix fixe menus, then you should definitely go to Ad Hoc. Sounds contradictory, but if you’ve ever been to Ad Hoc, you would understand why.  For those of you already starting to object . . .

Whether you are passing through or spending a couple of days in Yountville, it is absolutely necessary for you to stop at Bouchon Bakery. Get there early so you can salivate in peace over all of the wonderful breads, danishes, pastries, muffins freshly baked just a few hours earlier sometime dripping in gooiness. That would be the sticky bun. Delicious.
